1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order on the Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing

• We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including weight, ingredients, and images. As dry fruits and nuts are natural products, minor variation in size, colour, or shape between what is shown and what is delivered is normal and does not constitute a defect.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and offers (including coupon codes) at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time you complete payment is the price you will be charged.
• In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund, even if payment has been processed.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, an out-of-stock item, or an error in listed price or description.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials.
• An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once this happens.
• Discount codes and offers are subject to the specific terms displayed with that offer, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines shown on the Website at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
• Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by you.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Order cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs through it.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information (name, phone number, delivery address) when placing an order or creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

"Rituals Dryfruits" and its associated logo are trademarks of Rituals Dryfruits. All content on the Website — including text, product images, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Website

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rituals Dryfruits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
