Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped.

• To cancel, contact us at support@ritualsdryfruits.com with your order number, or use the cancellation option in "My Orders" if available on the Website.
• A 3% cancellation charge (calculated on the total order value, including tax and shipping) will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway and processing fees. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and the amount paid is not eligible for a refund on cancellation grounds after that point.

2. Refund Timeline

• If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, your refund is typically processed within 4–7 business days to your original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet, as applicable).
• Actual credit timing can also depend on your bank or payment provider, which may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account.
• If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please contact our customer care at support@ritualsdryfruits.com with your order number, and we'll look into it for you.

3. Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Situations

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded through this policy.
